Yesterday inside of the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the participants for this weekend’s ‘Action Heroes’ event all weighed in comfortably. Headlined by a junior welterweight clash between Argentinean Marcos Maidana and stubborn warrior Erik Morales, the main event isn’t exactly pay per view worthy but there still was some tension in the air as each man weighed in at 140 pounds on the dot.
The card also features a welterweight attraction between Paulie Malignaggi and Jose Miguel Cotto, a very crucial lightweight tussle between Michael Katsidis and Robert Guerrero, James Kirkland facing off with Nobuhiro Ishida, and Philadelphia’s Danny Garcia in against cagey veteran and former champion Nate Campbell.
