8CountNews sat down with the former heavyweight champion of the world Michael Moorer. The former world champ is currently training Mariusz Wach (23-0-11KO) a good looking 6ft 7in heavyweight from Poland. Wach is promoted by Global Boxing and is scheduled to fight Jonathan Haggler (23-3-18KO) on February 19th, for the vacant WBC Baltic heavyweight title.
Moorer has a good group of people around him in Global Boxing and Prize Fight Promotions. He currently trains and resides in the Tunica, MS area, just south of Memphis, TN. Prize Fight Promotions Gym is located in Tunica, MS. The company has had numerous sell out boxing shows at The Fitz casino.
