“I’m just finishing my book. My autobiography comes out in June; June 7th actually. It’s been almost a 2-year project and it’s been an amazing journey to revisit the good time and bad times and wonderful times. Thank God there were more wonderful times than bad times, but, you know, it was therapuetic,” stated Hall of Famer Sugar Ray Leonard, who spoke to FightHype.com about the upcoming summer release of his autobiography. Although there have been a number of unauthorized biographies about the 5-division world champion, this will be the first official one that Leonard fully participated in and co-authored.
The Big Fight: My Life in and Out of the Ring is scheduled to release on June 7, but you can already pre-order it on Amazon.com for a price of $17.79. “It is a must-read. I”m gonna read it again myself,” Leonard addded.
