First Manny Pacquiao, now Nonito Donaire! What the F@#K! The Philippines Rocking the Damn Boxing World!

As if the great people of the Philippines haven’t done enough for the Boxing world by gracing us with Manny Pacquiao, it looks like they are prepared to give us even more reason to cheer. On Saturday night, Nonito Donaire in dominating fashion and worthy of Filipino heart, dismantled Wladimir Sidorenko, finishing him at 1:48 of the fourth round.

Donaire, who is a Filipino-American (awesome combination if you ask me), was in complete control of the fight from the moment it started right until the end. It seemed every punch Donaire threw was a power shot.

Through the course of the short fight, Nonito dumped Sidorenko to the canvas for a total of three times. It appeared that Sidorenko may have had his nose broken, as his face was covered in blood. Sidorenko was tough, but after being knocked down again in the 4th round, it was clear he had enough.

No one should mistake Donaire for Pacquiao, but similarities between the two are bountiful, especially the power shots. Both Pacquiao and Donaire fight in a style that is explosive and so bloody damn fun to watch. I am starting to believe these great qualities are inherited by their Filipino blood.

Tonight, the Philippines have another great reason to cheer as another one of their sons is making huge waves in America.
