Welcome to my little F’U Rant. Every now and then the Boxing news market gets flooded with Bullsh!t. I am damn sick and tired of the recent question of who Manny Pacquiao should fight next? I already know the answer to that! The answer is… Manny Pacquiao should fight whoever the f@#k next he pleases. End of frick’n Story.
I know there are plenty who want him to face either “Sugar” Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Andre Berto, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Godzilla or Dick Chenney next… but please, shut up already. It’s not that I don’t want to see those fights… after all Godzilla could use a good ass kicking, and Dick would be a good name on anyone’s resume… but if anyone deserves to pick his next fight without any input from the peanut gallery, it’s Pacquiao.
After such a high-voltage 2010 year from Pacman… Personally, I’d like Pacquiao to take this month off from the stresses of the Boxing Business. Take the time out to take care of Political loose ends, and concentrate on Family… you know, after all it is Christmas this month. Pacquiao has already given us enough this year, and he really doesn’t need to be pushed further.
Seriously, I am not even the slightest bit interested in who Pacquiao fights next… save all that talk for the New Year (I’ll show some interest then…. for now, I want to get drunk and open my Christmas presents first). So bottom line… let the Champ rest, enjoy life and celebrate with his family and friends.
