?When people are so far apart in geography, it is of course understandable that there may be miscommunications,? observed attorney Judd Burstein in clarifying an earlier report by FightNews that he had had agreed to represent Manny Pacquiao in his litigation with promoter Murad Muhammad. ?No final deal has been struck with Manny,? stated Burstein. Pacquiao is suing Muhammad regarding the allocation of the revenue resulting from the March 20, 2005 pay-per-view featuring Pacquiao against Erik Morales. ?To be sure, I have had very serious discussions with Team Pacquiao regarding representing Manny in his case against Murad Muhammad, but I have not made a final decision as to what I will do,? stated Burstein. “I think he is a great fighter and it would be a honor to represent him.”
