Pacquiao Vs Margarito Over: Is PacMan Ready To Hang His Gloves?

Pacquiao Vs Margarito Over: Is PacMan Ready To Hang His Gloves? Sure Pacquiao has set a record for eight division titles in the world of Boxing, but considering the Filipino?s age, wonder how long will he continue to tussle within the ropes.

Pacquiao?s chief trainer, Freddie Roach has shown concern about each fight of Pacquiao being his last. In fact after Saturday?s fight in Texas, Pacquiao?s mother, Dionisia said she expects this to be her son?s last fight.

It?s fathomable that whenever the Congressman does decide to quit boxing, it will be abrupt an exit. He will surely want to make a retirement announcement while he is still on the top of his field. After his win on Saturday, Pacquiao told the media that his stint with Boxing isn?t over yet. Roach added to the statement, saying that for the remaining of Pacquiao?s career, he will not fight below 147 lbs.

The dream fight with Floyd Mayweather still remains an option for 2011, but after two failed negotiations, no one can really put their money on the fight actually conducing into a reality.

Two other possible fights for Pacquiao in the near future could be against the winner of the rematch between Sergio Martinez and Paul Williams, which is set to happen this Saturday in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It could be the fight with Paul Williams that would finally be the one where Pacquiao could face a real hard challenge. Of course for that to happen, Williams will have to beat the Argentine on Saturday night.

But for the time being, Manny Pacquiao is the man of the hour. And in the world of Boxing, a legend he always will be.
