Undefeated junior middleweight contender Vanes Matirosyan (28-0, 17 KO?s) currently spoke with 8countnews.com and expressed his desire to fight all the best junior middleweights in the world.
?I?m willing to fight the best?, Matirosyan said. He then discussed how he feels he?d fare against several of the top junior middleweights in the world.
When it comes to the division?s current titleholders, Matirosyan feels he could beat all three of them.
On WBA junior middleweight titleholder Miguel Cotto, Matirosyan said, ?(Trainer) Freddie Roach said, once he heard about Cotto, Freddie was like, ?you?d stop him in four or five rounds.?
On IBF junior middleweight titleholder Cornelius ?K9? Bundrage, he said, ?I think that?s the easiest.? He continued discussing Bundrage, referencing his title winning effort against Cory Spinks and said, ?He?s a good fighter but I don?t think he has the heart. And fighting Cory Spinks, if Cory was the fighter he was back in the day, he would?ve whooped him.?
On WBO junior middleweight titleholder Sergei Dzindziruk, Matirosyan said the two fighters have sparred one another and he feels he got the better of the sparring.
?I kicked his ass really good.? He said, ?After three rounds, they didn?t want to spar anymore. We hurt him and we cut him and now when I call him out, I know that?s why he doesn?t want to fight because he knows I?ll knock him out.?
Outside of fighters who have belts, Matirosyan wants to fight many top contenders as well.
On former welterweight titleholder, former interim junior middleweight titlist and middleweight contender Paul Williams, Matirosyan said, ?I think he was more hype than a good fighter.?
Williams has frequently been hailed as the ?most feared man in boxing? due to his long reach, volume punching and ability to fight from 147 ? 160 pounds effectively.
?I?ve been calling him out for a year and the ?most feared man? doesn?t want to fight a guy who?s calling him out. It doesn?t make sense.?
On Manny Pacquiao, who will be challenging for the vacant WBC junior middleweight title against Antonio Margarito next month, Matirosyan doesn?t feel Pacquiao will be a long-term fixture in the division and feels that Pacquiao?s rapid ascent through boxing?s weight divisions is bound to catch up with him.
?He?s gonna hit a wall. He can?t just keep doing that.? He continued, ?I think at (1)54, he?ll be good there if he picks the right fights: Guys like Yuri Foreman or Margarito where if you give them angles, they can?t do much.?
Martirosyan will be sparring with Pacquiao at the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood this week as part of Pacquiao?s preparation for his bout with Margarito. He plans on earning himself the $1000 prize for any fighter able to knock down Pacquiao in sparring.

And finally, Matirosyan has a few words for former multi division world champ ?Sugar? Shane Mosley, who has held junior middleweight world titles and most recently fought there against Sergio Mora.
?No disrespect, but I really want to fight him and if he?s a man and he really means what he?s saying that he?ll fight anybody then he should fight me.?
?I?m young, 24, beat me to prove to yourself that you can still beat a young guy and still belong int eh sport cause looking at his last fight he looked like shit against (Sergio) Mora.?
Matirosyan is next scheduled to fight December 18th in Las Vegas against an opponent to be determined.
