Pe?alosa sees Pacquiao win by knockout in three rounds

DALLAS ? Former world champion Gerry Pe?alosa came up short of saying that all Manny Pacquiao needs to do Saturday night to win against Antonio Margarito is show up at Cowboys Stadium.

Speaking to Manila-based scribes on Tuesday afternoon, Pe?alosa, former world champion at super-flyweight (115 lbs) and bantam (115 lbs), said he couldn?t see anything from Margarito that would give him second thoughts of placing a bet on the Filipino icon.

?I just don?t see Margarito winning this fight,? said Pe?alosa.

Told about the possibility of a freak accident, Pe?alosa just winced, looking as though somebody had dug a dagger in his abdomen.

?I don?t know but I don?t even see that happening,? said Pe?alosa, who recently retired from the ring.

Pe?alosa said Pacquiao is much, much superior in skills that he wouldn?t be shocked if Margarito gets knocked out in less than three rounds.

?I have a feeling that Margarito will not go past three rounds. I see him being rescued by the referee.?

Margarito?s slow-motion reflexes ?is made-to-order for Pacquiao.?

Margarito is so slow that Pacquiao would already be gone by the time Margarito?s punches is about halfway from its target.

Reminded that Pacquiao might not be in his best owing to numerous distractions during his turbulent training camp in the Philippines, Pe?alosa said ?Manny is a very smart fighter.?

And Margarito?

?I doubt if his trainer can still change his fighting style. At this stage, he can no longer be taught new things,? said Pe?alosa.
