2010 is about 3/4 of the way done, and looking back at the year in boxing so far… well… it’s sucked. We were all so busy getting our boxers in a knot about Pacquiao/Mayweather, then about… Pacquiao/Mayweather… that there really hasn’t been anything that shoots boxing up amongst the mainstream sports. The major things that gripped ESPN’s attention was when the Pacquiao/Mayweather negotiations fell apart. Both times.
So with 2011 only a few months away (can you believe it?) it’s time to start doing some prep work.
