Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a known jerk and social misfit but his accuser in a breaking Las Vegas domestic assault case, “Baby Mama” Josie Harris, is a known liar.
All the more reason that LV Metro is carefully investigating her allegations that “Money” smacked her around inside his “Big Boy Mansion” Thursday morning.
See detailed reporting by Las Vegas Review-Journal, including Harris recanting 2003 charges during 2005 trial and saying on the witness stand that L’il Floyd is like “a teddy bear.”
Celebrity gossip go to site TMZ reports that Harris planned to go to court Thursday to ask for a restraining order against the unbeaten, 33 year old boxer. Such orders are commonly given in domestic violence cases.
But the cops are rightly skeptical because in 2003, Harris accused Mayweather of punching and kicking her inside a Bentley in Vegas. Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris testified she lied to cops because she was angry that Floyd had left her for another woman.
It is not believed that police charged Harris, age 31, with filing a flase report at that time.
