I scream, you scream and attention junkie Floyd Mayweather Jr., he screams on Ustream.
Beneath that ignorant, racist namecalling exterior, or so I believe, is a human being who was not brought up well.
But, at the age of 33, you can’t blame your parents, especially not when you’re a multimillionaire athlete.
No, if Mayweather wants to know why he’s becoming more notorious than he is famous, he need only look in the bathroom mirror.
So, herewith (based on his silly ?apology? video), are the reasons why we should realize that Mayweather is not a racist, that he actually has affection and respect for some ?yellow chumps,? including Manny Pacquiao:
REASONS WHY MAYWEATHER IS NOT A HATE SPEAKING RACIST BUFFOON:
1. His gym is in the Chinatown section of Las Vegas.
2 .Some of his best manicure and pedicures have been masterfully done by Asian ladies in that section of the city).
3 .He refuses to watch Charlie Chan flicks, preferring Jackie Chan.
4 .It’s all in fun, he didn’t mean his vicious remarks ?in a bad way,? he thought he was doing standup comedy.
5 .Floyd has always said that Uncle Ben, well the advertising icon is no doubt a real credit to his rice.
6 .He actually knows one woman who speaks Thai and one who speaks Chinese. They are very close friends of his as you can discern from the name tags the ladies wear in the apology video, shot as Mayweather tells us, at ?a remote location? in the gambling mecca. (I say that locations is not remote enough.)
7.HE DID CONCEDE THAT ?MANNY PACQUIAO IS A GOOD FIGHTER.?
8 .Forgive the ?Poochiao mispronounciation by Floyd as the tale about how somebody ate Manny’s boyhood dog confused him, hence the ?pooch? part.
9. Do not, repeat do not forget, that Mayweather is a self-proclaimed ?Real Boss? and he only did his mild apology video because his bosses, chiefly adviser Al Haymon, told him to. You see, he’s a rare ?Real Boss? who takes orders from upper management.
10 .Mayweather’s antics are for amusement purposes only, not to be taken seriously. How do I know? Because we need to ?stay on the the rollercoaster ride? with him. Life is just a carnival, a cabaret, a load of laughs at the expense of others.
In fairness, Mayweather did show a modicum of class in expressing condolences to Bob Arum, his former promoter and Arum’s family. The promoter’s 49 year old attorney son, John B., was found dead near the summit of Storm King Mountain in Washington Friday afternoon.
