But some guys have all the luck.
They don?t only have $1 million. More than double that. Triple. Quadruple.

You have a college degree. Diploma.
Pacquiao doesn?t have both.
Do you have a million dollars in the bank?
I bet you, not even one among, perhaps, a hundred that might have read this?reading this now?has that much moolah.
The rich might not even have time reading crap like mine and that?s absolutely understood. They?d rather that they use time to earn more. That?s what the ?time is gold? rule means to them. Reading won?t add to their wealth.
Only us, the so-called toilers of soil and breakers of sweat, have time for the soul?food for the soul, if you will.
Now to get back to Pacquiao.
The nation?s darling has earned $38 million, according to Sports Illustrated (SI).
SI has listed Pacquiao the fifth richest athlete in the world today, with tennis? Roger Federer No. 1 ($61M).
In fifth spot, Pacquiao is now ahead of golf?s Tiger Woods, Formula 1?s Michael Schumacher and present-day NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
Pacquiao even beat LeBron James, the MVP of 2010 NBA, and Michael Jordan, the six-time NBA champ.
Last year, Pacquiao was No. 6 richest athlete in Forbes, the bible of the world?s billionaires.
On ballpark figures alone, Pacquiao is now easily worth nearly P2 billion, year-to-date. He is 31 years old. Poised to earn more. In 20 years, he?ll be 51. Will he be penniless by then?
Only time will tell.
Or, only wife Jinkee can tell?
This is not being envious or anything.
I can only salute Pacquiao. He doesn?t have a diploma and a college degree like you and me. Poverty?s unkind.
But Pacquiao is of stone from Saturn.
For starters, he has a pair of thunderous fists. Big heart.
Conviction. Discipline. All the right tools.
He used them to good use.
College degree? Diploma?
If you?re lucky, it can fly you to either Saudi or UK.
