HOLLYWOOD, California – While Headline Celebrity Manny Pacquiao remains unfazed by recent Yahoo Ranking that puts him below Floyd Mayweather, Jr., boxing fans and alienated writers still angrily assail the architects of Yahoo Ranking, pointing ‘self-proclaimed elite blogger’ Kevin Iole as the leading culprit of Yahoo’s failure to observe proper de quorum and to do enough to prevent prejudicial declaration in ranking professional boxers.
Does Iole really think he successfully fooled the boxing public much in the way of believing that Online Hackers Couldn’t Steal Your Cash?
By excluding journalists from Los Angeles Times, La Opinion, Washington Post, USA Today, New York Times, Daily Telegraph, Philippine Media, Examiner.com , Sweet Science and many more, Mr. Iole, who may have mastered the Top 10 True Urban Myths, claims that he has summoned already the elite writers as for the Yahoo Ranking worldwide, which boxing fans and alienated writers believe was an orchestrated tool only to aid him in justifying his manipulative intent to sabotage the prestige of Yahoo Corporation relative to rating for professional boxers of the planet.
“Iole may need a brain transplant to regain his sanity,” says one of the boxing fans commenting this writer’s article published Friday: “Yahoo Ranking: a carefully chess-crafted survey that puts Mayweather above Pacquaio”. “It must be presumptuous on the part of Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports to claim himself as belonging to an elite class of writers when he has not observed the protocol in conducting the Yahoo Ranking survey.”
“Counting his votes and the votes of his own colleagues whom he knows are anti-Pacquiao in such a survey is abomination,” says another boxing article reader based in Arkansaw.
“What Yahoo bloggers did to effect that Yahoo Ranking of the incompetence of such polls survey is a direct attempt to deceive and to manipulate the minds of the general public,” says a lawyer-journalist Raynald Cooper of Los Angeles.
SIDE BAR HUMOR: Dear Kevin Iole:
Have you ever thought of getting out of jury duty? Well, here I am giving you some simple tips, only if you are really contemplating to establish your basis to avoid in taking part of this tedious legal process.
But, make sure you are not providing false information to the interviewer or to the court during the preliminary selection of the jurors. It is a criminal offense punishable by law if it happens you mislead or misrepresent facts simply to avoid jury duty.
For your entertainment purposes, I must tell you I just had a jury duty recently which lasted for three days. I initially planned to avoid it. But, I realized it’s worth dealing it, under my favorable circumstance, rather than avoiding it. And if I did avoid it, I know I would still be summoned by the court to appear for jury duty in the near future.
Anyway, here are the following tips I have for you:
1. If you are the immediate caregiver of your elderly parent or sibling who is not receiving financial support from the government, you may proceed to file an excuse before you face the tedious elimination process in the courtroom;
2. Tell the judge that you just saw a ghost next to him;
3. Dye your hair with pastel colors and soak your hair with voluminous amount of gel and make your hair look spiky;
4. Wear temporary big nose rings and put heavy make up with colored drawings on your cheeks;
5. Stick a red color rubber ball on your nose;
6. Talk too much when you are asked to introduce yourself to the court during the jury selection process;
7. Be assertive in stating your strong opinions and racial biases about the people involved in the case;
8. Tell the court that you don’t speak English and would need an interpreter, or tell the court that you have a dyslexia;
9. Tell the court that you have a close friend who is involved in a similar case and that your friend was wrongfully misjudged in that case.
10. Tell the court that you are incontinent of stool or having diarrhea.
If you think these tips do not apply to your excuses, then …no big deal. Just think again!
More power to you!
