GENERAL SANTOS CITY–We almost 50 percent of the vote tabulated in neighboring Sarangani Province but Manny Pacquiao clearly is on his way to a Congressional race victory over entrenched billionaire Roy Chiongbian.
I am scribbling this from a very happy place, Pacquiao’s political braintrust HQs, a bunker like fortress in this city which is his hometown.

I’m hearing from some media sources that Pacman dropped 12 million pesos about $266,000 in US , dollars, where it was most need to juice up his voting bloc.
Naturally, the Chiongbian interests were also shoveling money all over the place in hopes of extending their more than 20 year complete domination of the province they created.

Last I heard here inside the Pacman Pentagon, as they call it, either 7.4 or 15 percent of the total vote has been officially counted.
