Fight fans will now get a glimpse of the main principals who are seeing action in the December 11 “Yanig sa Taguig” as Ring Magazine featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao and his opponent, Fahsan 3K Battery, will be featured in a Viva Sports pre-fight special on Sunday starting 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. over RPN 9.
Sponsored by Beer na Beer and aired on the top-rating weekly boxing show ?THE MAIN EVENT? the Pacquiao-Fahsan pre-fight special of “Yanig sa Taguig” will also showcase Fahsan in action against Filipino Joebar Damosmog whom he knocked out in the sixth round. The veteran Damosmog was among the more than 20 Filipino fighters who were beaten by Fahsan, most of them by knockout.
The special will also include exclusive footages of Fahsan training as well as Pacquiao?s preparation at the Almendras Gym in Davao City including his early morning roadwork, gym workouts with trainer Freddie Roach, sparring sessions and interviews with Roach. It also includes some light-hearted moments where Pacquiao interviews sparring partner and Philippine lightweight champion Fernando Montilla, who is himself preparing for a showdown with Elorde fighter Rey Almonicar on December 11.
