Fahsang had no hesitation in accepting the invitation to fly to Manila extended by international promoter Murad Muhammad even at short notice indicating that he was prepared to face off with the devastating punching machine before media prior to squaring off in the ring on Dec. 11.
With over 20 Filipino boxers among his victims in 44 wins with only 7 defeats and 23 knockouts to his name, the Thai southpaw is likely to pose a bigger threat than most people expect.
Muhammad said ?this is no ordinary fight. Pacquiao has to be in shape because Fahsang has won his last 30 fights. If Manny loses, he loses a chance to earn $12 million over the next two years.? Muhammad added that the Dec. 11 fight is part of an effort ?to build a foundation for other Filipino fighters and to get world recognition.?

Gorres returned to Cebu City Wednesday after over a month?s training at Freddie Roach?s Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles. He was scheduled to fight against Mexican Marcos Badillo but the match was canceled.
