Filipino chess prodigy Wesley So (ELO 2656) played to a draw with the white pieces against GM Zhou Jianchao (ELO 2635) of China in the eighth round of the 2010 Aeroflot Open Tournament in Moscow, Russia. The game was drawn after 34 moves of a King?s Indian defense.
The 21 year old Zhou is one of China?s top players and became a grandmaster in 2006 at the age of 17. So is now a point behind the two Vietnamese GM?s leading the tournament, Qiang Liem Le and Ngoc Truongson Nguyen.
