August 26, 2004 – Boxingtalk.com just got off the phone with Top Rank VP Todd DuBoef who confirmed Boxingtalk’s breaking news regarding Morales-Barrera III. Although he wouldn’t say much, DuBoef stated, “Yes, we have an agreement for Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera to fight on HBO PPV November 27!” The venue has yet to be solidified but the fight will “obviously” take place in either Las Vegas or California.
