The great Jerry Jones of the World famous Dallas Cowboys was awarded an honorary WBC greed and gold championship belt by the President of the WBC, Jose Sulaiman to show his appreciation for Jones having the fight booked between Manny Pacquiao vs Clottey on March 13 at Cowboys Stadium.
Jerry indicated that he appreciated the championship belt, but that he wasn’t about to step into the ring against the likes of the 7 times World Champion Manny Pacquiao, and we don’t blame him. No one is better and no one has a chance to beat Pacquiao, unless they have some devious plan, such as taking blood up the the day of the fight, during the fight, and banging drums all night for 3 days before the fight so Pacman might be weakened enough for a certain boxing champion with the initials (Floyd Mayweather ) who will do anything in his power to get an advantage against Pacquiao because he knows that he can’t beat him straight up.
If you plan on coming to Dallas to watch the fight you need to know a few things.
1. There are no bad seats at the fight, in fact the seats further away from the ring will give you a much better view of the fight. The 75 yard high def screens will show the fighters up close and personal unlike anything you could see even sitting near the ring on the floor at $5,000 a seat. So don’t waste you money buying the expensive seats. The seats in the grandstands will be wonderful.
2. Everyone in Dallas loves Pacquiao and will treat you well. You don’t have to worry about getting mugged going to the game or going around town. Dallas is one of the finest, safest cities in America and Cowboys Stadium has enough security to launch an invasion of a small country. So unlike some places that have championship fights that often have more fights in the stands than in the ring. You can feel safe and confident of having a great time in Dallas.
