Pacquiao?s New Jersey-based manager Murad Muhammad said he and Home Box Office (HBO) honchos have agreed September will be a good month for Pacman?s next battle but there are some things still to be considered.
?The fight date is not locked in yet,? said Muhammad, who met with HBO Sports honcho Kerry Davis last week.
