Manny Pacquiao?s business manager Rod Nazario has said on more than once occasion that he dislikes Top Rank president Bob Arum and is scared of him because he wields too much influence in Las Vegas and refers to what happened in the May 8 showdown between Pacquiao and World Boxing Association/International Boxing Federation champion Juan Manuel Marquez to prove his point.
Both Nazario and promoter Murad Muhammad didn?t get to first base with the Nevada State Athletic Commission and its executive director Marc Ratner with the protest they filed after judge Burt Clements admitted he made a mistake by not scoring the first round of the Marquez fight 10-6 for Pacquiao because he thought Ratner didn?t like 10-6 rounds.
