Over 300 fight fans yesterday crammed the Wild Card Gym in Para?aque City which played host to a tumultuous Manny Pacquiao fans? day ? the Filipino boxing hero?s way of thanking all those who had supported him in his fights overseas.
Television news crews, photographers and fight scribes were also there, jostling for position in a sea of bodies eager to get a glimpse of Pacquiao, take his picture or shake his hand inside the famed sweat shop which the GenSan pug co-owns.
?Nakakataba ng puso ang pagdating ng mga tao para lamang ako ay makita, makamayan at makausap kahit sandali,? said Pacquiao, 25, as his right hand continuously signed whatever the fans shoved infront of him.
