World Boxing Association and International Boxing Federation featherweight champ Juan Manuel Marquez has lined up other plans in his career. A rematch with Manny Pacquiao isn?t one of them.
Marquez, in an interview with ESPN Deportes, also revealed that he will rest for more than a month after his bout with Pacquiao, and will return to the Romanza Gym for a possible defense of his IBF crown against mandatory challenger Orlando Salido.
?I raised myself from three knockdowns and went on to dominate the fight. I feel I won the fight, that?s why I am not giving any rematch,? Marquez told some members of the Mexican media.
