LOS ANGELES, California – Filipino Manny Pacquiao swore he has perfected a formula to wrest the twin world boxing crowns of Juan Manuel Marquez but cautiously explained on Saturday that he was not at liberty to divulge it.
After another fiery sparring session, he pulled up his sweaty shirt to show a steel-hard belly then explained the weapon is much better than the one used in his monumental conquest of Mexican legend Marco Antonio Barrera last November.
Just like in the clash against Barrera, Pacquiao said the formula will have to remain a secret until fight time.
“Sorry, but gaya sa laban kay (as with my fight against) Barrera, di puwedeng sabihin (I cannot reveal it),” Pacquiao explained after another hard workout at the busy Wild Card Boxing gym where he was again crowded by fans whose T-shirts and caps he autographed.
