PEOPLE?S featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao finally got a staunch believer among noted boxing scholars abroad after a well-known analyst in Graham Houston of Boxing Monthly magazine picked the Filipino ring superstar to win over IBF/WBA 126 pounds titlist Juan Manuel Marquez in their May 8 war at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Houston though negated a victory by knockout, prognosticating that Pacquiao is likely to emerge victorious on points versus the celebrated Mexican juggernaut.
?Pacquiao is, I suspect, going to be simply too fast for Marquez although a win on points by the Filipino seems more likely than a stoppage,? Houston stated in yesterday?s banner story of Boxing Monthly, Britain and Europe?s best-selling boxing publication with an average UK circulation of over 30,000 copies a month.
