BOOTLEG COPIES of Manny Pacquiao?s life story plus his greatest hits in the ring have found its way to the hands of video pirates.
At the Muslim Center in Quiapo yesterday, the two-disc Pacquiao video that retails for R199 (VCD) and R299 (DVD) sells between R40 to R50 each disc.
The video includes interviews on key people behind the meteoric rise of Pacquiao on top of the boxing world as well as his fighs in the US, including the memorable battle with Marco Antonio Barrera.
This is not the first time Pacquiao has been victimized by video pirates. Days after his November 15 triumph over Barrera at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, that same fight captured on VCD was sold for R50 in Quiapo, Raon (Sta. Cruz) and Divisoria.
