American promoter Murad Muhammad on Friday confirmed that the pride of General Santos City will get $1.75 million (roughly P98 million) to challenge newly-crowned World Boxing Council super featherweight champion Eric ?El Terible? Morales in the event he disposes of Marquez.
?Manny has a more even chance of beating Morales because in Erik?s last fight against Jesus Chavez, he failed to knockout his opponent. And to think that Chavez has already injured his left hand as early as the second round,? said American promoter Muhammad at SCOOP forum at the Kamayan in Padre Faura.
