But Collins, who is in the middle of a nine-day stay to award the Ring championship belt to the GenSan southpaw, said that as long as Pacquiao remains focused and doesn?t let his guard down, the 24-year-old fighter has what it takes to defeat any opponent.
The American scribe even compared Pacquiao with Panamanian ring icon Roberto Duran, who lorded it over five weight classes in a career spanning five decades.
