I have retracted the Miguel Cotto article I wrote and posted on my site on August 2, 2009 to correct a wrong I committed in the heat of passion. I shouldn’t have written when I was angry. There was no basis for my calling the WBO derogatory names or for calling them corrupt. I sincerely apologize to my readers and to the WBO for my carelessness and for any damages I may have caused the WBO.
