THE Philippine Sports-writers Association will stage what is expected to be the biggest gathering of sports stars in recent years when it holds the 2003 PSA Annual Awards Night on January 9 at the Manila Pavilion.
Malaca?ang has already acknowledged receipt of the copy of invitation sent by PSA president Robert D. Cuevas subject to confirmation of President Arroyo, who is expected to grace the occasion this year to personally present the awards and cash incentives to the athletes.
