Cable network giant HBO, which broadcast the Nov. 16 fight, is conducting its annual Boxing Awards, and Pacquiao is in the running.
An email making the rounds among Filipinos online gets right to the point, like a jab to the face. “Manny Pacquiao needs your support. Please vote for him as the 2003 HBO Fighter of the Year and (for his win over Barrera as the) 2003 Upset of the Year.”
