EVERYTHING?S WELL as far as Manny Pacquiao?s registered manager, Marty Elorde, is concerned.
?There?s no problem with the computation (of the purse),? Elorde told The Bulletin yesterday afternoon, when asked if he was satisfied with what he got as share from Pacquiao?s purse of $350,000.
Elorde gets 30 percent from Pacquiao?s ring earnings, but remits the 20 percent to Japanese Masami Matsunaga and Kuni Takaya, who gave Pacquiao a signing bonus of R1 million when they acquired the GenSan southpaw from Malabon businessman Polding Correa in January 2000.
