Manny Pacquiao, the country?s exciting sports hero, decided to relax and catch his breath after a rousing airport welcome Friday. He also looked forward to a mammoth motorcade and ticker tape parade through Manila and Makati highlighted by a courtesy call on President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo at Malaca?ang this afternoon.
Pacquiao and wife Jinkee, who missed their two children, finally joined their kids Emmanuel Jr. and Michael Stephen, who arrived with relatives from General Santos City.
Jinkee later took them out shopping at Robison?s Manila where she showered them with toys, including a bicycle for the eldest son. Pacquiao, after an afternoon of story-telling and laughter with a group that included business manager Rod Nazario, trainer Buboy Fernandez and friends in his entourage Moy Lainez and Gerry Garcia, decided to relax by playing pool, which is his favorite sport besides basketball.
