The champions of Pacman 330K Big Event 7-cock derby, a fund-raising cockfest hosted by boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, will be declared Wednesday night at San Juan Coliseum.
The derby kicked off last Monday with 52 entries before a jampacked crowd of more than 10,000.
Leading the competition with three wins each are Gov. Chavit Singson (Partas), Manny Pacquiao (MPBR Queen Elizabeth I), Gerry “Boy” Espina (Mt. Panamao), Romy Castro (RC MPBR), Rene Adao/Jake Joson (WRJJ Team Pacquiao), Gov. L-Ray Villafuerte (BM Camsur May 30) and host Rodolfo Pineda/Ramon Prenza (Ramloid).
A specially-crafted trophy will be awarded to the champion.
As earlier announced by Pacquiao, proceeds of this derby will be donated to his gift-giving projects for the poor people of General Santos City and Saranggani Province.
