I will have to take a Pasadena when it comes to all the speculation about crude and now not undefeated ?Perro? Alfredo Angulo being the next Messiah of Mexican boxing.
Big Gary Shaw?s prize prot?g? was tried and found wanting Saturday night on HBO as he lost a 116-112 all scorecards decision to hit and hold Puerto Rican veteran Kermit ?Feeling Froggy? Cintron.
Now get me right on this. I don?t say we have to kick this snarling ?Perro? to the curb because he is now 15-1. The loss snapped an 11 KO string for Angulo. The winner is now 30-2-1, 17 knockouts, with both losses to the now suspended Antonio Margarito.
