Manny Pacquiao’s international promoter, Murad Muhammad, yesterday said he’s willing to give Marco Antonio Barrera a rematch if the Mexican is up to it.
Before-and if-that can happen, Muhammad said that Pacquiao would return to the super bantamweight division to face the IBF’s No. 1 contender, a spot presently vacant.
Among the possible targets for Pacquiao include WBA/IBF featherweight champ Juan Manuel Marquez, WBC superbantam champ Oscar Larios and the “People’s Superbantam champ” Paulie Ayala, who attended the fight Saturday night at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
