A CLOUD of uncertainty now hovers over the Manny Pacquiao-Marco Antonio Barrera mega-bout on Nov. 15 after the Texas Boxing Commission ruled no license would be issued to the Mexican boxing idol if he fails in Tuesday’s battery of neurological tests.
Texas does not require a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) on fighters, but concerns have recently surfaced over Barrera’s 1997 brain surgery to repair a congenital defect involving a small group of malformed blood vessels in his brain.
