The San Antonio Express News reports that thanks to Oscar de la Hoya, San Antonio has been able to fight off serious competition from San Francisco, Portland and even Laredo to stage the Nov. 15 12-round nontitle fight between International Boxing Federation junior featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao and featherweight king Marco Antonio Barrera.
