The southpaw Pacquiao, 37-2-1-(29) trades leathers with Barrera, 57-3-(40) either in San Antonio or Las Vegas and although there is no title at stake, the winner will be universally recognized as the “People’s Champion” and pound-for-pound best in the featherweight class.
