International Boxing Federation junior featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao has come out and endorsed President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s concept of a strong republic. Pacquiao’s pitch which has quite appropriately been aired on the popular weekly boxing shows “The Main Event” and “In this Corner” telecast on Sundays over RPN-9, looks very much like a spontaneous and willing response to the President’s call.
