MANNY Pacquiao wants taller, bigger opponents in the tougher, heavier featherweight division. The International Boxing Federation super bantamweight champ appeared bored after his fourth successful defense of the 122-lb crown, as he expressed his desire to move up to the featherweight (126-lb) division during yesterday’s Scoop sa Kamayan in Quezon City. The 24-year-old Pacquiao said his manager, Rod Nazario, is already negotiating with the IBF and his American promoters for a future featherweight campaign that would give him a chance to become the first Filipino to win a title in three different divisions.
