In a match-up of titanic proportions, International Boxing Federation superbantamweight king Manny Pacquiao wagers his reputation against the planet’s finest featherweight, Marco Antonio Barrera of Mexico, over 10 rounds on Nov. 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After weeks of negotiation, the 24-year-old southpaw Pacquiao, through his representative Rod Nazario, finally agreed to go up against Barrera for a whopping 450,000 dollars (about 24.8 million pesos), a well-informed Inquirer source in the United States reported.
