When last heard from, his manager was sitting in a North Jersey jail cell. Henry Cortes, 34, is or was being held on a half-million dollar bond for conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
Authorities allege Cortes was dealing the coke along with a crooked cop who stole much of it from an evidence room. (Talk about your chain of custody problem.)
