MANILA, Philippines – With the latest conquest of their favorite son, residents of General Santos City have started preparations for a grand welcome for Filipino boxing champ Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao.
Radio dzBB reported that city Mayor Pedro Acharon Jr promised a “grand” welcome for Pacquiao upon his return to the country from the United States.
