Fresh from his vacation in France, Arum said Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions are coming out with an official announcement at 11 a.m. of Thursday (early Friday morning in the Philippines). “That’s all I can say,” said Arum, who was in constant touch with key members of Team Pacquiao while he was vacationing in the French Riviera. De La Hoya has penciled the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as venue for his last fight.
