LAS VEGAS?When they first fought in 2004, Manny Pacquiao was tagged a minus-180 favorite to subdue Mexican Juan Marquez, who was then a plus-160 underdog.
In their rematch on March 15, Pacquiao will again enjoy the favorite?s role with even bigger odds, according to joint promoters Bob Arum, president and CEO of Top Rank, and Richard Schaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions.
The current betting line puts Pacquiao at minus-230 and Marquez at plus-190, meaning a $240 bet on Pacquiao will earn just $100 while a $100 wager on Marquez will gain $190.
Billed as ?Unfinished Business,? the 12-round bout carries with it the fight for ring supremacy between the Philippines and Mexico.
