Manny Pacquiao vs Mario Barrios Tale of the Tape

Manny Pacquiao is reportedly sensationally getting close to a comeback at 45 to challenge once more for the championship of the world.

There is no higher accolade then champion of the world in professional boxing.

It represents the pinnacle of all fighting. Very few ever get near to this achievement in life. Very few don’t mind getting down to what has to be done to do it.

Those that do don’t always hold onto it for long. But for a 45-year-old man to comeback and try to do it like Pacquiao wants to, is largely unheard of outside of the likes of Bernard Hopkins. Pacquiao is starting to do what is required at this time.

Pacquiao is not your average man. He’s different. He’s special. It is being discussed now by his promotional company to fight Mario Barrios before 2024 is over.

Here is how the two men square up:

Manny Pacquiao

Age: 45

Record: 62-8-2 (39KO)

Height: 5FT 6.5IN

Reach: 67 inches

Mario Barrios

Age: 29

Record: 29-2 (18 KO)

Height: 5FT 10.5IN

Reach: 71 inches

As you can see as well, Pacquiao gives up height and reach.

Manny Pacquiao is one of life’s great survivors and thrivers.

He makes things happen that others can’t.

You’d be a fool to write him a off.

Different gravy.
