MANILA, Philippines — Just how big is the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez rematch on March 15?
It?s big enough to land on the cover of the February issue of The Ring Magazine, the bible of boxing. The issue will be on sale on Feb. 26.
As it appears in the Ring Magazine website, the cover photo shows the protagonists facing each other with Pacquiao pictured on the right.
In a rematch dubbed ?Unfinished Business,? the 34-year-old Marquez will stake his World Boxing Council super featherweight crown against Pacquiao, 29, on March 15 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
The Mexican champion survived three first-round knockdowns in their first showdown in 2004 to forge a controversial draw with the Filipino superstar.
Ring?s current issue also carries a preview of Pacquiao-Marquez II, written by Dan Stewart.
Pacquiao is also on the cover of Ring?s 2008 Boxing Almanac & Book of Facts with Floyd Mayweather Jr., Oscar dela Hoya and three other ring stars.
