SARANGANI PROVINCE — Senator Manny Pacquiao gives away more than 2,000 grocery bags to residents of Barangay Tinoto in Maasim, Sarangani, Philippines Sunday afternoon (Dec. 16) as part of his numerous activities in the celebration of his 40th birthday Dec. 17. The gift-giving has become an annual birthday tradition for the fighting senator.
